Nutritionally speaking, I DO NOT hold the keys to your wellness!

In other words, there is no “magic formula” that will solve your problems. Fortunately, what I do have is a framework, an essential basic supporting system, that is waiting for you to show up – mind, body, and spirit, so we can hack this habit loop together and find freedom in our nutrition wellness.

This is an invitation to join me on a 28-day journey mind, body, and spirit so that we can make some lasting changes and start living our lives with more vigor, more zest, and more freedom. I am not going to have you obsess on numbers, count calories, calculate macros, or leave any food group out because that’s a diet.

Diets fail.

Instead, we will focus on a balanced plate of nourishment. I will give you optimal ranges, nutrient-dense food options, real food substitutions, convenience, no cook food lists, meal plans, tips, food lists, adrenal restoration measures, exercise videos, tools to optimize digestion, valuable support and connection through an accountability group and direct help from ME- your head cheerleader. We will also focus on nonfood goals, which ultimately will lead to more breakthroughs than food-related goals.

Our 28-day nutrition and wellness journey starts with a prep week. It is critical to put in the time, even just an hour or two each week, to prep and organize and set yourself up for a healthy week. After the prep week, we will transition into 3 weeks of whole food eating. We will even spend our final 7 days incorporating real food substitutions for some of your favorite “bonus” meals/snacks so that you can enjoy them.

Because sometimes we just want a donut! And that’s okay!

I’ll teach you how to build your plate around these. My goal is to teach you how to fish rather than giving you a fish so that after the program is over you will feel confident enough to continue sustaining your real food lifestyle. It is simple but it will not always be easy. Pause, reset, and enter into a new season with a free and grateful heart. The world needs your light. There is only one you on this planet and you have a specific calling placed upon your life that no one else can fulfill. You are equipped to do hard things and predestined to live in victory and freedom.
