JENNIFER FIELDEN
Jennifer is a Holistic RD, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She has overcome many obstacles in wellness and has learned what it means to live free and whole. She considers it among the highest honors to help others find their wholeness, too. She believes true wellness is attained only when we find wholeness and freedom, spiritually, emotionally and physically. It does not come when we diet, obsess on the calories, the pounds, the amount of weight on the rack, or if we PR or not. Jennifer loves spending time with the love of her life, Brady and the apple of her eye and Promise to her heart, sweet Calvary James. She enjoys the simple life, being outside, learning new trades, crafting, cooking, organizing, laughing with family and friends and spending time with her best friend and four-legged side kick, Pacer.
BRADY FIELDEN
Brady has been involved in athletics his entire life and delights in helping others find their own inner athlete, regardless of their fitness level. Brady is a born leader and a true BLDR. He has a gift of calling out dreams in others and encouraging them to pursue their passions, while challenging them to do hard things, both in the gym, and in life. Brady pushes others to break chains, live fearlessly and find freedom in all areas, to be comfortable being uncomfortable. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, Jennifer and his two beautiful daughters, Brittany and Calvary, traveling, playing guitar, building things, fishing and basket-weaving. He is old-school, disciplined, a humble warrior, the depiction of grit and grace and the backbone of Temple Builders Fitness.
KELLY MEYERS
Kelly is no stranger to the gym, having grown up in an athletic family and having a father as a gym teacher. She grew up being a gymnast, runner, swimmer and athletic trainer. Her greatest joy as a trainer is to see others grow, from the inside out. Kelly is driven, focused, fun, fierce and kind. She inspires us all to show up and give it all we’ve got, in the little and in the big things of life. She excels in many things, including program design. She truly understands how to move the body efficiently, clearly explaining the importance of proper form and exercise progression. Her classes are full of energy and lots of fun and she has never met a stranger. Kelly is the heart and hustle behind TBF and she has such a gift of gathering people together. She reminds us that everyone has a place at the table. When she’s not training others, you can find Kelly outdoors, hiking, running and making memories with her beautiful family- including her hard-working husband Preston and the most precious dynamic duo/twins you’ve ever seen- Jake and Layla.
LANCE MORIN
Lance is Salt and Light and the glue that holds Team TBF together, keeping everyone on task, making him a gifted herder of cats. He has a wonderful way of calling out the good in everyone, and he’s not afraid of a challenge, whether it be in the gym, in life or speaking truth in a hard conversation. He has a servant heart like no other and he firmly believes that true fitness occurs outside of the gym, when you use the gifts, talents and health that you’ve been graced with, to serve others. Lance is married to the love of his life, his beautiful wife, Misty. When they are not volunteering or working, they enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends and seeing God’s beautiful creation. Lance is a hard-worker, wise, brave and has an overcoming testimony in fitness and in life. He is honored to point others to the One who heals, redeems, restores and who makes a way in the wilderness and streams in the desert. (Isaiah 43:18-19) His signature moves are leg scissors, dropkick, the flying body press and the Iron Claw.
